Refuge Counseling Wellness Services has a No Cancellation Policy, that empowers you to determine what is an emergency or not. The policy means when you secure an appointment, you are securing a “permanent” appointment whether you choose to attend that appointment. If you happen to miss your appointment (for whatever reason), you can schedule another appointment within the same month “if” space is available, to avoid the cost of your session. If space is not available within the same month and you miss your appointment, you are responsible for the full professional fee of the missed session. Please be advised.
