Psychodynamic & Attachment Based Approach

In individual counseling, I primarily take a psychoanalytic approach to treatment where I focus on unearthing and bringing to the conscious awareness the unconscious thoughts and motivations that drive behavior.

Attachment base approach explores those early childhood experiences that have left imprints on your attachment styles and how that informs how you love and connect or disconnect within relationships today.

Overall, my approaches are tailored to meet your specific needs.
